OUR APPROACH

We have a four phase coaching/mentoring approach that will help move you forward into the next level of your calling. These phases are designed to help clarify, and provide a direction for your life. You will have vision and actual outlined steps to achieve goals and be successful. In each phase we allow the Holy Spirit to guide and give direction as to your specific calling. Our Coaching sessions can be done in person if you live in the Tucson area or via remotely via Skype, Google Video for those outside the area.

Assessment/Evaluation Phase:

- Two 1-hour coaching sessions
Through a series of evaluation tests and interviews. We take a comprehensive look at and provide an assessment.

Identification Phase:

- Four 1-hour Coaching sessions

In this phase we help you to identify:

• Your ministry gifts.

• Your calling.

• Any Barriers that be keeping you from moving forward. These barriers could range from fear, misconceptions about your calling/gifts, insecurity, wrong mindsets, educational.

 

Plan Development Phase:
- Three 1-hour Developmental Coaching Sessions
In this phase we will analyze the information gathered in the assessment & identification phase and develop a plan to move you forward. This entails developing a vision, and an agreed/recommended set of short, medium and long-term goals to successfully achieve the vision. We will identify steps to achieve each goal.

Implementation Phase:
- One 1-hour Bi-Weekly Coaching Sessions
This phase involves implementing/executing the plan and can be the most exhilarating phase but also presents the most difficult challenges. We will help you navigate/guide and coach you through the different steps required in achieving each goal as identified in the plan. We will help you keep moving forward in the plan through encouragement and helping provide insight and advise/counsel.

Maintaining/Sustainability Phase:

  - Checkups (Monthly, bi-monthly / quarterly or as needed).

This phase  involves helping you continue in and sustain your calling by providing Coaching Checkups. These checkups can range from further refinement of the calling and/or vision to helping navigate through any challenges that may have arisen.
